How credits work
Per second, not per prompt
Video is priced per second of footage, from 12 credits a second depending on the model; images are priced per image. You see the exact cost before anything is queued.
Reserved, then settled
Credits are held when a video or image is queued and spent only when it is delivered. Failed, blocked or cancelled jobs return their credits.
Fresh every period
Each paid period adds your plan's credits. Unused credits expire at the end of the period, and editing and exports never draw them down.
Credits by model
Pick the model that fits each shot. Faster models cost fewer credits; premium models add detail, motion quality and generated sound.

Questions
What uses credits?
Generating AI video and images. Video is charged per second, from 12 credits a second (60 for a five-second shot) up to premium models with sound; images cost 4 to 22 credits each. Planning, editing, captions and MP4 exports don't use credits.
What happens if a generation fails?
Credits are reserved when a video or image is queued. If the provider fails, the job is blocked, or you cancel before it finishes, the reserved credits are returned.
Do unused credits roll over?
No. Each paid period adds its plan's credits, and unused credits expire when that period ends.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes, from Manage subscription in your workspace. Cancelling keeps your plan until the end of the period you've paid for. A plan change takes effect from your next billing date.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. Every workspace starts free with daily limits that reset at midnight UTC. No card is needed to create a workspace.
