Get help with Remixure.
Contact us by email or through your workspace. Email [email protected] for help without signing in. In a web workspace, open Settings to record a request. A saved receipt confirms what Remixure recorded and whether delivery was accepted; it does not promise a response time or prove that a person has reviewed the request.
Working on a video? Search the video guides for scripts, recordings, captions, private footage, exports and saved-version review. Each guide explains the current controls and limits.
Send a request
Open Settings → Tell us what you need. Choose product feedback, a problem report, or a feature request. Include what you were trying to do, what happened, what you expected, and the approximate time.
Keep the receipt shown after submission. If delivery is still waiting or failed, the same screen explains whether you can try again. Repeated clicks with the same request do not create a second copy.
Open settingsProtect private information
Do not include passwords, sign-in links, one-time codes, payment-card details, secret keys, session cookies, or private original media. A visible error message, non-secret receipt, browser or device family, and workspace name are usually enough to begin.
Password and account access
Use Forgot password from the sign-in screen. Enter your account email; if it matches an account, we will send a reset code. Codes expire after 10 minutes, and only the newest code works.
If you are signed in and want to leave, open Settings → Delete your Remixure account. Save the offered export and support receipt before signing out. Shared workspace content can remain available to other members.
Email support
Email [email protected] for account access, privacy, deletion assistance, or the web studio. Include your browser version and a short description. Sending email does not create an in-app receipt or automatically delete an account; we may need to verify account ownership. No response time is promised.
Video and audio help
Start with the first-video guide. Ordinary MP4 profiles support up to two minutes at 720p or one minute at 1080p, both at 30 frames per second. Some footage, transition and GIF workflows have shorter limits. Save a version and choose Check export for the selected document, media and current trial allowance before exporting.
The private media library accepts PNG/JPEG images, MP3/PCM WAV audio and H.264 MP4 clips within the limits shown during upload. Longer originals use a separate resumable workflow. Use only material you own or have permission to use.
You can record a short voice take or choose an English or Spanish synthetic narration. Review the actual audio before using it, then correct caption wording and timing. Synthetic narration does not clone a person’s voice or translate a script. An unavailable operation can reflect document requirements, current service availability or trial capacity; read the explanation shown in the studio. Native mobile apps are outside this launch.
